Associate Assistant Principal

Salary: SFC Leadership Spine L4-L6 (£66,806 – £70,212) including inner London weighting

Due to promotion, the Senior Leadership Team at St. Francis Xavier Sixth Form College are looking for an exceptional candidate who can work within the Senior Curriculum Team to continue to drive the College forward.

The Associate Assistant Principal will work as part of the Senior Curriculum Team to play a critical role in steering the strategic and operational management of the curriculum. This is a key position in the college and will require the candidate to take an active role in the day to day management of a team of Heads of Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience of successful curriculum leadership and will have exceptional communication skills and judgement, to facilitate strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to help them to drive forward the curriculum work of the College.

Although there is no set blueprint for our Associate Assistant Principal\’s prior experience, what is certain is that you will have a track record of delivering academic excellence and have strong leadership capabilities.
