We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher to join St Francis Church of England Primary School and Nursery. We are looking to appoint a teacher who:
- Is a qualified teacher with QTS and is beginning their ECT journey

- Shows confidence, initiative and a willingness to take an active role in school life
- Is committed to upholding and further developing our Christian vision and values
- Has a secure understanding of effective teaching and learning, including curriculum development
- Is informed by current educational research and keen to apply this in the classroom
- Is well organised and able to establish strong routines that support positive behaviour and learning
- Has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families
- Meets the requirements for fluency in English in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016)
