We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic School Cleaner to join St Francis Catholic Primary School based in Maldon, Essex. This is an important role that helps create a clean, safe, and positive environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors every day. No previous cleaning experience is needed — full training, support, and equipment will be provided. Required for Immediate 2026 start.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and shared areas to a high standard
- Emptying bins, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning and restocking washrooms
- Following health and safety guidelines and safe cleaning procedures
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the Site Manager
