Your Role
The warehouse and washbay is a busy operation where you will be unloading and loading eggs from our own in-house transport, as well as working withnumerousexternal haulage companies.
You will be expected to work in a fast paced environment, in both ambient and chill temperatures often in the presence of noise.
Therefore you must be fit, well and able to bend, stoop, twist, lift, push, pull, demonstratemanualdexterityand be prepared to be on your feet for most of the working day.
You willbe requiredto follow cleaning and personal hygiene rules to ensure the highest standards of product integrity and safety at all times .
- What Does Success Look Like
- Unloading incoming eggs from producer farms
- Loading tray wash machine
- Layer pad and pallet tray washing
- Be proactive and plan ahead for following packing requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Order processing
- Labelling and logging all movements of eggs and packaging
- Data input
- Completing paperwork thoroughly and accurately
- Following St Ewe’s strict cleaning regime, to maintainthe highest standards ofhygiene and food safety at all times
- Other responsibilities may berequiredfrom time to time in order to meet with demand.
