Your role:
- Lead category strategy across key retail partners, rooted in robust insight and commercial reality.
- Turn data (Kantar, Nielsen, Circana, retailer data) and shopper insight into clear, compelling recommendations.
- Identify trends and opportunities to shape range, space, pricing and promotional strategy.
- Act as the go-to category expert internally and externally.
- Support NPD launches with strong category rationale and retailer-ready storytelling.
- Build trusted relationships with buyers and category teams – influencing, not just informing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Operations.

Skills required:
- You’re commercially sharp, naturally curious, and comfortable moving fast in a growing business.
- Strong working knowledge of Kantar, Nielsen, Circana and retailer data, with the ability to synthesise multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A track record of translating insight into compelling narratives that drive action.
- Confidence presenting to retailers and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A balance of analytical rigour and creative thinking.
- A proactive, hands‑on mindset – you get stuck in and make things happen.
- Enjoy working in challenger or values‑led brands.
- Get excited by transforming everyday categories.
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG category management or commercial roles.
- Grocery retail experience.
