The Role: Teamwork, positive spirit, and a ‘roll your sleeves up and get stuck in’ attitude is key, as this role is not for the faint-hearted and is as fast-paced as our business approach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Loading incoming eggs from producer farms
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe working
- Monitoring egg quality
- Lining up the correct packaging to the machinery for the correct range of eggs
- Be proactive and plan ahead for following packing requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Date code required products
- Box finished goods and palletise
- Clean as you go, end of day hygiene tasks
- Packing eggs into boxes and onto trays from the fast-moving conveyor belt
