To help us get there, we're looking for an exceptional Finance Director. Not someone who simply reports the numbers. We're looking for someone who helps shape the future. A strategic finance leader who can support rapid growth, challenge thinking, strengthen capability and ensure we have the financial foundations, systems and insights needed to deliver our ambitions.
You'll lead our finance and IT teams, play a key role in major transformation programmes, including our ERP implementation, and help steer critical decisions around investment, cash, funding, profitability, and future growth opportunities. Working closely with our Executive Team and Board, you'll be a trusted partner in delivering our long-term strategy while ensuring we never lose sight of what makes St Ewe special.
