As a Food and Beverage Team Member
you will ensure that each and every guest that eats or drinks in our tea lounge
or terrace has a breath-taking experience. You will of course be serving food
and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be
empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary
steps to personalise their stays and make lifelong memories.
What will you be doing?
- Painting a fantastic first
impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone. - Serving customers.
- Operating the till.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain standards and have great
attention to details. - Previous experience gained in
similar environment. - Passionate about customer service
and great quality food & coffee. - Assisting with our daily afternoon
tea sandwiches presentation. - Assisting with the preparation and
presentation of our afternoon tea options. - Assist with the quality control of
tea ware.
