We are looking for an enthusiastic Afternoon Tea Waiter to join the team at St Ermin’s Hotel in the Tea Lounge on a full‑time basis. Joining us means being part of a team that delivers breath‑taking hospitality to guests and creates a positive workplace.

As an Afternoon Tea Waiter, you will ensure that each guest that eats or drinks in our tea lounge or terrace has a breath‑taking experience. You will be serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and create lifelong memories.

What will you be doing?

  • Paint a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
  • Serve customers.
  • Operate the till.
  • Work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintain standards and have great attention to detail.
  • Perform general cleaning duties.
  • Use previous experience gained in a similar environment.

  • Assist with the quality control of tea ware.
