As a Food & Beverage Team Member you will ensure that each and every guest that eats or drinks in our restaurants and bars has a breathtaking experience. You will of course be serving food and drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and make lifelong memories.
What will you be doing?
- Painting a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Serving customers.
- Operating the till.
- Working in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining standards and having great attention to details.
- General cleaning duties.
- Previous experience gained in a similar environment.
- Passionate about customer service and great quality food & drinks.
