As a Food and Beverage Team Memberyou will ensure that each and every guest that eats or drinks in our tea loungeor terrace has a breath-taking experience. You will of course be serving foodand drinks, taking orders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will beempowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessarysteps to personalise their stays and make lifelong memories.
What will you be doing?
- Painting a fantastic firstimpression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Serving customers.
- Operating the till.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain standards and have greatattention to details.
- Previous experience gained insimilar environment.
- Passionate about customer serviceand great quality food & coffee.
- Assisting with our daily afternoontea sandwiches presentation.
- Assisting with the preparation andpresentation of our afternoon tea options.
- Assist with the quality control oftea ware.
