As a Bartender you will ensure thateach and every guest that eats or drinks in our restaurants and bars has abreathtaking experience. You will of course be serving food and drinks, takingorders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to getto know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalisetheir stays and make lifelong memories.
What will you be doing?
- Painting a fantastic firstimpression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
- We understand that some people loveworking breakfast, some love Lunch and Dinner – you let us know what you wantto work!
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain standards and pay greatattention to detail
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholicbeverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with customers, takingorders, and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers’ needs andpreferences and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification andconfirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventoryand supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture anexcellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverageregulations
