We are looking for a Back-of-House Team Member to join the team here at St Ermin’s Hotel. The role involves 20-25 hours across 4-5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, restocking of cutlery and crockery, and general support to facilitate a smooth and efficient shift.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cutlery, glassware and cookware.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Assist with basic service preparation.
- Ensure adequate supplies of clean plates, cutlery and glassware for service.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations.
- Deliver clean cookware and service ware to the front of house.
- Help keep the service areas clean and tidy.
- Stay attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the guests.
- Follow health code standards with regard to the handling of food.
- Perform shift duties such as delivering racks of cups to the service station, polishing silverware, pre‑bussing tables, wiping tables and more.
