As a Food & Beverage Team Member you will ensure thateach and every guest that eats or drinks in our restaurants and bars has anbreath taking experience.
You will of course be serving food and drinks, takingorders, and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to getto know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalisetheir stays and make lifelong memories.
What will you be doing?
- Painting a fantastic firstimpression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.
- Serving customers.
- Operating the till.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain standards and have greatattention to details.
- Previous experience gained insimilar environment.
- Passionate about customer serviceand great quality food & drinks.
- Greeting guests and taking drink andfood orders.
- Staying attentive to the needs ofguests in the dining area.
- Delivering food from the kitchen tothe guests.
- Ensuring the food order is madecorrectly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
- Following health code standards withregards to the handling of food.
- Performing shift duties likedelivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more.
