This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role based at St. Ermin’s Hotel in London. The Hotel Manager oversees daily operations across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other guest-facing services to ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating operational teams
  • Managing staffing levels and scheduling
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between departments
  • Monitoring financial performance
  • Supporting budgeting and cost control
  • Working with sales and revenue teams to optimize occupancy, rate, and guest mix
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives
  • Responding promptly to guest feedback
  • Driving continuous improvement in service and operational efficiency
