The St Enodoc Hotel became part of The Ainsworth Collection in January 2025; a building Paul and Emma have long admired and were so excited to take on. After learning the business and getting to know the team, we closed the hotel in October 2025 for a very exciting renovation to take place. The renovation is to offer a new bar and grill, relaxing rooftop terraces, a separate menu for dining in newly landscaped gardens and a luxury wedding location with versatile banqueting and events spaces. We are looking to re-open early summer and now the fun part of the process begins which is finding team members to come on the journey with us and join our St Enodoc family. The St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth is located in Rock with the most incredible views of the estuary.
The Ainsworth Collection also includes the Michelin starred Paul Ainsworth at No6, Caffe Rojano, Padstow Townhouse, Ci Ci’s Bar, The Mariners Public House and as a member of our team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.
Our Role
The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing experience with us.
