At the Ainsworth Collection, our wonderful team are at the very heart of what we do. We understand the wellbeing and happiness of our team helps us deliver the most memorable visit possible for our guests and our team is always our number one priority.
Our kitchen team is so important in helping us create special memories day in day out for all our guests. The St Enodoc Hotel became part of The Ainsworth Collection in January 2025; a building Paul and Emma have long admired and were so excited to take on. After learning the business and getting to know the team, we closed the hotel in October 2025 for a very exciting renovation to take place. The renovation is to offer a new bar and grill, relaxing rooftop terraces, a separate menu for dining in newly landscaped gardens and a luxury wedding location with versatile banqueting and events spaces. We are looking to re-open early summer and now the fun part of the process begins which is finding team members to come on the journey with us and join our St Enodoc family.
The St Enodoc Hotel is located in Rock with the most incredible views of the estuary. The Ainsworth Collection also includes the Michelin starred Paul Ainsworth at No6, Caffe Rojano, Padstow Townhouse, Ci Ci's Bar, The Mariners Public House and as a member of our team you will be joining a fun, professional and supportive hospitality family.
Our Role
The person we are looking for will have a hard-working attitude and will be responsible for ensuring every one of our guests has the most amazing experience with us. At The Ainsworth Collection we recruit people, not roles. Experience is desirable but not essential as in-house training will be given. More importantly, we are looking for the right person to join our family. This can be a full or part time role, with a flexible attitude to hours worked, and opportunities to progress, as well as work in our other businesses. Working in hospitality does not mean working every single hour - we encourage our team members to adopt a healthy work life balance. If you already enjoy working in hospitality or would like the opportunity to find your passion and learn, we are looking for Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team here at St Enodoc by Paul Ainsworth. If you think this sounds like the role for you, we would love to hear from you.
Our Rewards
Here at The Ainsworth Collection, we are dedicated to making your working environment an exciting and inspiring place to be. As part of the family, we love nothing more than rewarding our team for all their hard work. Apart from an excellent rate of pay, team members of The Ainsworth Collection receive 25% discounts at our restaurants and rooms, a share of company-wide tips, and preferential rates with local businesses to enjoy our beautiful part of Cornwall.
We know that variety, friendship, and being able to raise to the challenge make our roles interesting and we are proud to offer individual, bespoke career progression throughout our family. If this sounds like something for you, we would love to meet you. Please apply with a copy of your CV and a covering letter, we can't wait to hear from you.
