We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset. This is a newly created role where you’ll shape how we use data to drive strategic decisions across the business. You go beyond reporting: you connect market trends, business data, pipeline data and product strategy to generate clear insights that influence leadership. Responsibilities
- Market Sizing & Forecasting
- Assess market size (TAM) and growth opportunities
- Analyze long-term pipeline and strategic pursuits
- Align market insights with product roadmap and business priorities
- Business View & Customer Profiling
- Build clear customer frameworks (spend, consumption, commercial context)
- Provide accessible insights for pursuit teams
- Expand customer intelligence with financial and strategic data
- Trend Analysis & Market Insights
- Track industry trends and market dynamics
- Compare external trends with internal data to identify opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analytics, market intelligence, or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Create briefings for Executives and VPs on analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Familiarity with sophisticated CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong business acumen: able to interpret what data means and translate it into action
- Comfortable working with market research and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
