We are looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants who are:
- Highly motivated, creative andwell organised
- Able to work with a range of pupilswho have Special Educational Needs/disabilities
- Have an NVQ 3 or equivalentqualification
- Be a great team player who cancollaborate with others and contribute to the smooth functioning and workingsof the school
- Be able to adapt activities andfacilitate learning for individuals
- Be able to plan for pupilsalongside the teacher, providing an individualised curriculum to suit the needsof your key pupil so they can reach their potential
- Provide learning experienceswhich develop the whole child so that they can gain the independence and skillsthey need to prepare them for adulthood
