Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire

Salary: £46,362, rising to £52,855–£55,608 upon successful registration

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking two experienced and inspirational Registered Managers to lead our established Ofsted-registered children’s homes and play a key role within our Residential Leadership Team. If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking to influence practice, develop teams and deliver exceptional outcomes for children, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Lead an Ofsted-registered children’s home.
  • Manage and develop a team of Deputy Managers, Senior staff and Care.
