At St Elizabeth’s Centre, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech & Language Therapist to join our specialist therapy team. We welcome applications from clinicians suitable for Band 5 or 6 level roles, depending on experience and expertise.

About the RoleYou will provide assessment, intervention, and support for individuals with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs, working as part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team. Depending on your experience and banding, you may:
- Manage and prioritise a clinical caseload
- Deliver specialist assessments and therapy programmes
- Support individuals with speech, language, communication, and/or dysphagia needs
- Develop communication strategies and personalised intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, PBS Practitioners, Education, and Care teams
- Provide advice, training, and support to families and staff teams
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, clinical reports, and multidisciplinary planning
- Support service development and contribute to evidence-based practice

- Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
- HCPC registration (or pending registration for Band 5 applicants)
- Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
