Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8:00am to 1:00pm (15 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Salary: £9,911 per annum (£12.71 per hour)

Are you an organised, professional and approachable administrator looking for a rewarding part-time role?

St Elizabeth's is seeking a Receptionist to join our busy and welcoming team. As the first point of contact for visitors, families, staff and professionals, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception service.

This is a varied and engaging position that combines reception duties with administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and supporting a service that makes a real difference to people's lives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to visitors, staff, families and external professionals
  • Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintaining visitor sign-in procedures and reception security processes
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Supporting reception administration, including record keeping, data entry and document management
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is handled confidentially
  • Ensuring the reception area remains welcoming, professional and well organised at all times
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for St Elizabeth's and providing excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a reception, customer service or administrative role
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Can manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Shares our values of respect, compassion and inclusion
