We are looking for a passionate and motivated Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary therapy team supporting children, young people, and adults with complex needs.
About The Role
As part of our Occupational Therapy team, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions that support individuals to maximise their independence, participation, wellbeing, and quality of life. Depending on experience, the role can be offered at Band 5 or Band 6 level, with appropriate supervision and development support provided.
You Will
- Deliver person‑centred occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Support individuals with sensory, physical, cognitive and emotional needs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Speech & Language Therapists, Psychologists, PBS Practitioners, Education and Care teams
- Develop therapy programmes and specialist recommendations
- Support individuals to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence
- Provide advice, guidance and training to staff and families
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments and clinical reviews
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HCPC and professional standards

Essential
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration (or pending registration for newly qualified applicants)
- Membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapy (RCOT)

- Commitment to person‑centred practice and safeguarding
