As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a vital role in developing our workforce and supporting colleagues throughout their career journey. Working as part of our friendly and supportive Learning & Development team, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programmes that enable our people to provide outstanding support and care.
From welcoming new starters through our comprehensive two-week induction programme to delivering specialist and leadership development training, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that inspire confidence and drive performance.
- Deliver a range of mandatory, refresher, and developmental training programmes, including Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC, Ofsted, and HSE standards.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
You'll be a confident and enthusiastic facilitator who enjoys helping others succeed. We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and excellent communication skills, alongside a genuine passion for learning and development. Committed to continuous improvement and high-quality learning experiences.
Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. A recognised training qualification, CIPD Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience.
