About the Role: As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a vital role in developing our workforce and supporting colleagues throughout their career journey. Working as part of our friendly and supportive Learning & Development team, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programmes that enable our people to provide outstanding support and care. From welcoming new starters through our comprehensive two-week induction programme to delivering specialist and leadership development training, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that inspire confidence and drive performance.
- Deliver a range of mandatory, refresher, and developmental training programmes, including Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety.
- Facilitate engaging face-to-face and blended learning sessions for colleagues across the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with managers to identify learning needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC, Ofsted, and HSE standards.
- Support the ongoing development and management of learning systems and training records.
- Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and continuous learning culture across St Elizabeth's.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for:
- Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
- The ability to build positive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of learning and compliance requirements within health, social care, education, or a similarly regulated environment.
- A recognised training qualification, CIPD Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience.
