Part Time Night Porter (Saturday nights) from the Company St Elizabeth\'s House, this latest Part Time Night Porter (Saturday nights) job vacancy is located in the city Plymouth PL located in the country United Kingdom. Job Responsibility:
Part-Time Night Porter required for boutique hotel. To work every Saturday night (11pm Saturday to Sunday 7am) and one other night as required. With the possibility to cover holidays if required.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a positive guest experience
Duties include:
- Actively engaging with our guests to ensure satisfaction
- Answering the phone.
- Responding to in-house guest enquiries
- Escorting Guests to their rooms and assisting with luggage
- Setting up of conference rooms and private dining rooms
- Serving drinks at the bar
- Cleaning of public areas
- Floor walks and security checks
- Taking the Role of Fire Warden in the event of an evacuation
- Setting up the breakfast buffet
- Serving breakfast if guests require an early service
Personality and character are absolutely imperative to be successful in this role. You must be positive and an energetic team player with the drive to deliver excellent customer service, ideally with a night porter background.
You must be able to work under pressure, be able to use your own initiative and be well presented. This is physically demanding role (moving furniture etc) . References will be required for this role.
