We are seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist Epilepsy Nurse to join our dedicated Health Agency team. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to children, young people and adults with epilepsy and complex needs.

As our Epilepsy Specialist Nurse, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering outstanding, individualised epilepsy care. Working closely with colleagues across care and education, you'll provide expert clinical guidance, practical support, and high-quality training to ensure we continue to meet the complex needs of those we support.

You’ll collaborate with our dedicated Health Agency team, including learning disability nurses, paediatric nurses and therapists. You will lead on the planning, implementation and evaluation of personalised epilepsy care plans, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are consistently delivered.

Domiciliary care for College learners, Supported Living in the community, and 24-hour health provision delivered by specialist nurses and therapists.
