About the Role You will provide assessment, intervention, and support for individuals with a wide range of communication and swallowing needs, working as part of a highly experienced multidisciplinary team. Depending on your experience and banding, you may: Manage and prioritise a clinical caseload Deliver specialist assessments and therapy programmes Support individuals with speech, language, communication, and/or dysphagia needs Develop communication strategies and personalised intervention plans Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, PBS Practitioners, Education, and Care teams Provide advice, training, and support to families and staff teams Contribute to EHCP reviews, clinical reports, and multidisciplinary planning Support service development and contribute to evidence-based practice About You We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate therapists who are committed to delivering person-centred care and developing their clinical expertise.
