Salary: £34,787 - £36,672 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm (Onsite)

Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (just 10 minutes from Bishop's Stortford and Harlow)

About the Role: As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a vital role in developing our workforce and supporting colleagues throughout their career journey. Working as part of our friendly and supportive Learning & Development team, you'll design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programmes that enable our people to provide outstanding support and care. From welcoming new starters through our comprehensive two-week induction programme to delivering specialist and leadership development training, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that inspire confidence and drive performance.

  • Deliver a range of mandatory, refresher, and developmental training programmes, including Safeguarding, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Health & Safety.
  • Facilitate engaging face-to-face and blended learning sessions for colleagues across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to identify learning needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC, Ofsted, and HSE standards.
  • Support the ongoing development and management of learning systems and training records.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and continuous learning culture across St Elizabeth's.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

About You: You'll be a confident and enthusiastic facilitator who enjoys helping others succeed. We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and excellent communication skills, alongside a genuine passion for learning and development.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes and workshops.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • The ability to build positive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of learning and compliance requirements within health, social care, education, or a similarly regulated environment.
  • A recognised training qualification, CIPD Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience.
