- Helping a young person conquer their fear of the swimming pool.

- Supporting children and young people aged 5-19 with epilepsy and complex medical and developmental needs.
You'll help children to:
- Build confidence and independence
- Develop life skills and reach personal goals

- Maintain their wellbeing through person-centred care and support
