Speech & Language Therapist Band 5-6, Monday to Friday | 37.5hrs per week | Permanent.

Are you a newly qualified Speech & Language Therapist ready to begin your career in a supportive multidisciplinary environment? Or are you an experienced clinician looking to further develop your specialist skills within complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and communication support? At St Elizabeths Centre, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Speech & Language Therapist to join our specialist therapy team. We welcome applications from clinicians suitable for Band 5 or 6 level roles, depending on experience and expertise.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative setting where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of children, young people, and adults with complex communication and neurological needs.

Depending on your experience and banding, you may:

  • Deliver specialist assessments and therapy programmes
  • Support individuals with speech, language, communication, and/or dysphagia needs
  • Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, PBS Practitioners, Education, and Care teams
  • Provide advice, training, and support to families and staff teams
  • Contribute to EHCP reviews, clinical reports, and multidisciplinary planning

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech & Language Therapy
  • HCPC registration (or pending registration for Band 5 applicants)
  • Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
