Our Maintenance Team is looking for a volunteer plumber. So if you have a few hours to spare, we would love to hear from you. Come and join our friendly team.
Are you a plumber or heating engineer that has a bit of spare time on your hands? We may just have the role for you.
Within our maintenance department we have a huge range of tasks that require a plumber handyman. Tasks are generally at the hospice but can require going out to our retail shops to carry out small repairs.
Tasks will include tap changes, mixing valve checks, drainage repairs. etc.
Come and join a great team of maintenance volunteers that support each other and the site technicians.
We work Monday to Friday, 07.30 to 15.30. Any time you can spare within the working week would be greatly appreciated. Full training will be given.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
