Are you a proactive administrator who loves connecting with people? We are seeking an organised, confident Volunteer Coordinator to lead our volunteer journey from first contact to active community champion. In this role, you will manage our end-to-end volunteer programme while actively building an inclusive, trusting network that welcomes people of all abilities. If you thrive under minimal supervision, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and want to make a real community impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Administration: Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, engagement, and training.
  • Workload Management: Proactively manage a busy workload with minimal supervision.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusted connections across operational teams and volunteer networks.
  • Community Engagement: Pilot new recruitment approaches and represent the organisation at face-to-face and online events.
