We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Community Team to support informal carers. This exciting role will work within our multi-disciplinary team to provide guidance, emotional support and practical advice to unpaid carers and families looking after loved ones with specialist palliative care needs.

You will play a key role in ensuring informal carers feel supported and empowered to navigate care responsibilities whilst maintaining their own wellbeing. You will have a passion for supporting carers and improving outcomes for people providing unpaid care in the community.

Location: Great Yarmouth & Waveney area – based to be confirmed

Status: Fixed term for 1 year

Salary: WTE £49,387.00 to £56,515.00 – band 7

Hours: Full time or part time
