You will work with the Shop Manager to organise daily shop operations, drive sales against budgets and promote Gift Aid, while ensuring excellent customer service and top-quality merchandising.
You will also lead volunteers and provide cover across the local shop portfolio as needed by the Area Manager, supporting the hospice’s compassionate care ethos.
