St Elizabeth's is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the People Team in Hertfordshire, providing expert HR advice to managers on complex employee relations issues, supporting investigations, and driving best practice across the organisation.

You will work closely with the Head of People Relations and Policy on organisational change, data analysis, and policy development, while coaching and developing the HR Advisor and delivering targeted manager training.
