If you are a highly organised and experienced administrator, St Edward's Oxford has an exciting temporary opportunity to provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Heads (Pastoral and Welfare). You will support the day-to-day running of the Pastoral Office by handling enquiries, drafting correspondence, minuting meetings and managing diaries on behalf of the Deputy Heads. You will also assist with the administration and renewal of Child Student Visas, including preparing CAS statements for applications, conducting the UKVI required "Right to Study" checks for pupils on school-sponsored visas, and maintaining up-to-date records of passports and other documentation for all international pupils.

  • Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Heads (Pastoral & Welfare)
  • Manage diaries, handle enquiries, draft correspondence and minute meetings
  • Support administration and renewal of Child Student Visas; prepare CAS statements; perform Right to Study checks; maintain records for international pupils
  • Collaborate with school teams to ensure smooth operation of the Pastoral Office
    Requirements include previous experience in a senior secretarial or PA role, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, with excellent communication, organisational and teamwork skills. Strong IT skills and familiarity with MS Office are essential. The contract may be renewed for further terms by mutual agreement., Experience in a senior secretarial or PA role
