The role of Head of Cricket at St Edward’s Oxford involves leading and shaping the future of cricket across the School. Appointed on a permanent, full-time basis from September 2026, the role carries responsibility for setting a clear vision for cricket that balances participation, enjoyment, and competitive performance.
Working closely with the Director of Sport and senior colleagues, the Head of Cricket will oversee coaching provision from junior through to senior squads, manage fixtures and programmes, and ensure consistently high standards of coaching and pupil experience. Experience of working with school-age players, academies, or talent pathways will enable you to support pupils with a wide range of aspirations.
