The role involves providing essential secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Heads (Pastoral and Welfare). Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Heads (Pastoral & Welfare)
- Managing diaries, handling enquiries, drafting correspondence, and minuting meetings
- Supporting administration and renewal of Child Student Visas; preparing CAS statements; performing Right to Study checks; maintaining records for international pupils
- Collaborating with school teams to ensure smooth operation of the Pastoral Office
Requirements include:
- Experience in a senior secretarial or PA role
