This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role supporting the team at St. Edward’s who are responsible for community engagement, fundraising, commercial partnerships and international schools.

You will be part of a small, high-performing, friendly and ambitious team, working closely with colleagues and volunteers across the School and wider community to create new opportunities for engagement, philanthropic support, fundraising and commercial income generation.

In this role, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Director of Development and Commercial Partnerships and the wider team. This will include executive support, such as coordinating complex travel arrangements, supporting event management and booking venues for fundraising events, in addition to drafting documents and providing flexible and responsive administrative support across the team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to draft professional correspondence are essential, in addition to excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and manage a high-volume workload.
