As Junior Chef de Partie, you will work alongside experienced senior chefs to prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality food for pupils, staff and visitors. The Catering Department serves around 2,000 meals each day across breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as catering for a varied programme of events including charity balls, boarding house dinners, fine dining, weddings, sports events and summer schools.

You will support the preparation, production and delivery of menus, help ensure food is presented to a consistently high standard and play an active part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. About you

You will have previous experience of producing food for large numbers of customers in a high-volume catering environment, together with an NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
