We are seeking to appoint a caring, dedicated and highly motivated Teaching Assistant (Health and Welfare Support) to join our inclusive and supportive school community. Working under the direction of teaching staff and the SENDCo, the postholder will support pupils with additional medical, health and welfare needs, helping them to access learning, participate fully in school life and achieve their potential in a safe, nurturing environment. This rewarding role combines classroom support with health and welfare responsibilities. The postholder will provide educational, medical and wellbeing support for pupils, including PEG feeding, personal care, administering medication where appropriate, maintaining accurate records, and promoting pupils' independence, safety and inclusion.
