About The Role

Birth to 19 is seeking a Social & Content Creator to support the Early Years Stronger Practice Hub (EYSPH) programme. Working as part of the Marketing & Communications team, you will lead on day-to-day communications, digital engagement and the development of creative content to strengthen the visibility and impact of the programme. The role will focus on increasing audience engagement, expanding reach and delivering effective campaigns through social media, email marketing, websites and a range of digital and print communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote the EYSPH programme.
  • Create engaging content across a range of digital and social media channels.
  • Design and produce high‑quality graphics and promotional materials.
  • Produce and edit short‑form video content for campaigns and online engagement.
  • Support conferences, webinars, workshops and events through the creation of visual assets and resources.
  • Plan and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Upload and maintain content across websites and digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance across digital channels and provide insights to improve engagement and impact.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns and provide occasional on‑the‑day event support.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in a digital marketing role (2-4 years).
