The role would be 15 hours per week, spread over 5 afternoons per week. This is a temporary position starting from as soon as possible until December 2026.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to become part of our Executive Support Team.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support in a confidential and professional environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and within demanding timescales.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- The successful candidate will
- Prepare correspondence, reports, parent mails and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including with parents and external professionals.
- Liaise with College departments and teaching staff.
- Support safeguarding procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for all pupils.
- Support the data input and record keeping of staff and student data.
