As a Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver ambitious, engaging and inclusive teaching that enables all pupils to make strong progress.
- Create a positive climate for learning built upon clear routines, high expectations and respectful relationships.
- Use assessment effectively to identify gaps, adapt teaching and respond precisely to pupils’ needs.
- Provide appropriate support and challenge for all learners, including pupils with SEND and those facing disadvantage.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers and external professionals.
- Support and promote the school’s Christian vision, values and inclusive ethos.
- Fulfil the professional responsibilities set out in the Teachers’ Standards.
