We are seeking an Assistant Catering Manager tosupport our kitchen team. You will help prepare fresh, healthy meals, managedaily kitchen operations, and lead the team in the Catering Manager's absence. An enhanced DBS will be required to be inplace prior to the start of employment.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience ina busy kitchen or school catering environment.
- Level 2 Food HygieneCertificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong knowledge ofhealth, safety, and allergen guidelines.
- Great leadership andcommunication skills to work with children and adults.
- A calm, organizedapproach and the ability to work well under pressure.
