Salary: Grade 2 Point 3-4 (£24,027-£24,404 FTE) Actual Salary: £15,619.49 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am-3.15pm

The Federated Governing Body of St Edmund's RC Primary School and Nursery is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team from 1 September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our welcoming school community as we open our new Nursery provision in September 2026. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children to thrive both academically and personally, and who will make a positive contribution to the life of our school.

St Edmund's is part of a successful federation with St Benet's Catholic Primary School in Beccles and a proud member of the St John the Baptist Catholic Multi-Academy Trust. We enjoy working collaboratively, sharing expertise and providing excellent opportunities for professional growth.

  • Is willing to support the personal care and hygiene needs of our youngest children, particularly those aged 3-4 years, with dignity, sensitivity and compassion
