St-Edmunds Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint 1 Midday Supervisory Assistant for 7.5 hours per week, term time only. The position offers an annual salary of £4174.16 / £12.85 per hour.

General MSA duties:

To cover all lunchtime supervision and engage with the pupils
To promote the welfare and safety of all pupils
To work co-operatively in a team
To organise activities for the pupils
To assist in hot school dinner and packed lunch arrangements encouraging healthy eating and polite manners

Pupil Specific MSA duties:

Ensuring safety and well-being in the dining hall, playground and the classroom
Initiating and participating in play activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and eating skills

Additional duties for all MSAs:

Administering minor first aid
Intimate care after any accidental incidents
General clearing up duties e.g. after spills
