The predicted salary is between 38233 - 46729 Β£ per year.
- With a good basis to work from, the key purpose of this role is to deliver a high quality and efficient, business support service and to ensure that day to day operational functions are effectively managed.
The main functions include, but not limited to: Administration, Finance, HR, H&S and site management
- The post-holder will provide overall leadership and line management to the school support functions in each school site; developing the already high performing support teams who are highly motivated and focussed
- They will liaise with numerous internal and external stakeholders and service providers to ensure that these functions provide value added support and advice to the school in a timely and professional way.
- They will be a member of the school's Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and contribute fully to School Development Plans and the 5-year strategic plan.
- They will actively promote school values and ethos.
They will be a Designated Safeguarding lead and have the highest regard for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of staff, children, and the community.
- To be successful in this role you will need significant experience of Business Management in schools and be able to demonstrate drive and commitment to work with the Senior Team to continue to move the school forward.
