St Dunstan’s Education Group is seeking an accomplished HR leader to shape and deliver a modern, ambitious people strategy across a growing not-for-profit independent school group. Reporting to the COO with a dotted line to the CEO, the Director of People will lead on all HR activities, including recruitment, retention, reward, employee relations, development, wellbeing and inclusion, and manage a team of eight across multiple schools.
